My cramps are usually not to bad but they have been more painful and I have been nauseous all day (even after taking MIdol) should I be concerned?

I have a history of ovarian cysts but they always go away without a problem. I really dont want to go to the gyno again for a false alarm.

The pain isnt debilitating just more painful than I normally experience

Yes. You should be concerned with anything way outside the norm for you. Could be a cyst on an ovary or something else causing the excessive pain and nausea. See a gyn very soon.

you may want to schedule a dotors appointment. I went through the same thing for a couple years. A doctor can make sure nothing is wrong and also prescribe some medications to help ease the symptoms as well as the pain. Don't worry, you'll grow out of it eventually. make sure you take medication with food, or else you will get more nausous

Go to the gynocologist and ask to be put on birth control pills. The pill helps to reduce cramping and other bothersome PMS symptoms.
