most of your Fidelity Select mutual funds in telecommunications, biotech, pharmaceutical, and aerospace do around 10-15 %.
I would spread some of that across those, then drop some in real estate and long term CD's

You have to choose between high reward or high risk. You can make 10-15% if you take risk but if you want safety you are lucky to make 6%.

there is nothing like low risk and high return.
The only thing I found interesting and profitable is tourism, it does not need big capital and it has high return and almost 0 risk compared to amount of capital invested and, and expected high returns;)
Actually I started a company in that field and I think its going very well.
