I like mini-skirts better. The only requirement I have for the length of a skirt is that I stay completely covered. I don't mind the sexy look, but I don't want to give everyone too much of a show! I didn't get dressed, so that I could be exposed, you know. :-) Personally, I do think mini-skirts are prettier and more feminine than short shorts. Well, I have to admit that I don't care for short-shorts as much also because I think they feel like permanent wedgies. Comfort counts too. :)

Well, short shorts can be very sexy and go very short and people won't see your underware...but I love skirts the only problem is that if they are too short I find them awkward and uncomfortable. Both!!! Just not too short of a mini skirt.

Depends where you are going. If you are going to a funeral or wedding, neither, but to the beach, or another outdoor activity probably the mini, unless there is a wind, then the shorts.
Of course, if you like your skirt flying over your waistline for all the world to see your "family jewels", then wear the mini whereever you like.

I usually wear athletic shorts, and it is hard to find a pair that is NOT short. But definitely shorts. I'm not too into skirts.
