it coming from the center of my back. I think it is more serious then a trapezium strain because i had one of those a couple months ago and it caused painful spasms and w/e when i would move my face side to side, move my left arm, as well as right. But that is gone. However in the past few days ive felt small stiffness in the exact areas where i was getting pain from the trapezum sprain a while back. An hour ago, i went to the park to play handball, because it wasnt giving me much problems. About 10 minutes into the game, i felt like a (i cant find the right words) cracking or feeling something like when you crack your fingers. but about 5 at once. It was painful however, right after it happened, i know something pain causing occured. I felt the pain when i moved my right hand. I can move my right hand, but certain ways cause this horribe pain near the middle and it feels more sever then a trapezium strain.

it occurs when i move my left hand a bit, but it has happened like once. I remember for my trapezium sprain, the doctor recommended a pain killer, and it got better slowly over a week.

AT THIS MOMENT I WILL MOVE TO SEE HOW THE PAIN IS AND TRY TO GIVE A DETAILED EXPLANATION.

Well, when i tried getting up from my couch, the pain came a bit to the right of the (like exactly the middle, not sure about the bone name or anything.) center bone, followed right away from the left. Small movement cause it to. Also movement from my left arm, make the pain come in my right side, barely any on left. Its painful, and i want it to go away because my mom is going to europe in a week to see her ill brother and i dont want to be a bother.

If you're covered with insurance, then don't even waste time to think, just go right away to a back doctor, either way it's prudent to go. Preventive measures is worth it, especially not to make it worse since you don't know what it is. Better safe then sorry.
If you get worse that won't help you or your mother.
It's not alwys easy to find a good doctor, but maybe ask around for reference if they have any good doctors.

Have it checked. It could be a vertebrae injury or nerve injury. It is also possible that you were favoring your trap area and overcompensated with another muscle.
It is most likely a minor injury, but it is best not to mess around with your back.
