I have a question for the media and the democratic party: I grew up poor. We had a big floor tv with rabbit ears that recieved 3 channels, ABC CBS and NBC. Luckily for me they were not biased back then. Now, after alot of hard work and not being told how much help I should be getting from the government, I have internet, cable and satellite. I have other outlets to get "news" from now.
My question is : A large portion of your voting base which you pander to is the poor. When all broadcast goes digital in a few years, and all broadcast requires a digital tv, how will you get your message out to your voting base? Will the democrats get digital tv's to the poor? Al Gore tried to wire all poor schools to the internet? I think a great alternative would be free AM radios for the poor. Call it the Free Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck social program.

Well according to Glenn Beck we'll be lucky to be alive in 2010. WW III, "Oh, it's here my friends. I'm just an alcoholic rodeo clown, and I know." I listen just so I know when we are going to die. "Iran has always been the objective in Iraq." Well, why didn't we attack Iran then? Did I mention he's an alcoholic and a rodeo clown. I think that should insult rodeo clowns everywhere. He's really a fear monger, exploiting weak minds into giving up liberties out of being scared. Are you scared? "Oh, it's coming my friends. I'm just an alcoholic rodeo clown." The 3rd most listened to bunch of crap in America. Oh, he's an alcoholic rodeo clown. Did I mention that already?

I have a secret way of telling who is losing. I pay no attention to the most of it. I watch the following:

1) Whomever cries "victory" the most is probably losing.
2) Whomever uses the nastiest tactics is probably losing.
3) Whomever claims the country is falling apart is probably losing.
4) Whomever claims they are leaving the country is probably losing.
5) Whomever calls our representatives names is probably losing.
6) Whomever is spreading the most rumors is probably losing.
7) Whomever is desperately trying to accuse the other of corruption is probably losing.
8) Whomever is caught in these witch hunts makes it likely the other side is winning.

Right now, unfortunately, I suspect my party is losing, but the Republicans are catching up. The conspiracy theorists aren't helping, nor the Congress that doesn't follow through.

These things can be fixed, but treating Republicans rudely just backfires. We're a very strong party with a very specific and essential role to play in America. We won't lose much, we'll always be right there fighting for what we believe is right for America, just as I hope you will be, whether I agree with you or not.

But your reasoning is a bit of a stretch. Still, a good thing to consider. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We'll fix it.
