Unfortuanately I can't say Benoit. Your list says who is the best, whereas Benoit is no more. In your list Benoit is the best. He was the best technical wrestler. But right now I would say Kurt Angle.

-CHRIS BENOIT.... the guy was simply the best, no question about it
-KURT ANGLE..... was trained and actually competed in olympic wrestling, 'NUFF said
-LANCE STORM..... 1 of the most forgotten and underated technical wrestlers, he was very good in ECW and WCW and now has a wrestling school teaching others, he was skillful and his style was simillar to BENOIT
-BRET HART..... another canadian with a rich technical wrestling background, he perfected the sharpshooter
-DEAN MALENKO ..... another forgotten technical wrestler, he was very talented and mastered several submission holds
