Try Claires. They have sales most of the time. Their selection is really great. I even think I've seen a Hello Kitty necklace in there before.

If you love Hello Kitty, then check out this site, they do have great stuff, and reasonable priced. My daughter who is 41 now, just loved Hello Kitty, and I enjoyed finding all the things she wanted when she was a child/.
