Seeing a friend or family member
Waking up to the sun shining in my bedroom window and hearing the birds singing
Driving to work through the countryside side on a clear day blue skies and beautiful colours everywhere
My work mates
Hearing my ringtones on my phones - knowing that my workmates end up singing along to them!!! :-)
Getting an email from someone special
Life in general makes me smile because there is so much to smile about!! There is always something good to be found in something bad even if it is little.

a babies smile and laugh.The warmth of the sun after a rain.A soft rain.People who smile at me or smile back. Life in general. It is better to smile than to frown. A smile costs nothing and it brightens most evryones day.

Hearing my boyfriends motorcycle from down the street (it's that loud!). Means he's coming home. That makes me smile.

My dog- he just has this crazy way that he plays with his toys. I crack up every time!! And any time I talk to or hang out with my friends, especially the ones in the military. I never get to see them anymore so it always makes me smile the times we get to talk on the phone!
