Sometimes it takes a little effort to get over the initial "Grrr" feeling of not getting things to be the way you want them but for the most part you can change things you don't like. You just have to have the courage to change them.

Depending on what it is, I can find it very difficult. I have had to accept things because I had no choice, and it was hard.
Little things I don't have much of a problem with.

Very difficult. I don't like change anyway, but when the change is something I don't like it's just makes it even more difficult to accept.

It depends on what's on the line. If it's my job then I get over it.If its a moral judgement, then I stand my ground and don't. Sometimes you have to make a stand and don't accept things that you can't wrap your head around. Then, there are things that aren't that important that you just have to get over. It just depends on how important the issue is to you.

not very I learned that the hard way I just accept it and move on no sense in getting too upset about it

If it's something I can change, or fix, I DON'T accept it. If I find it's not within my power to change or fix it, then I just get over it. It wastes too much energy fretting over something that's not within my control.
