"I'm alive. I get to absorb the experience and draw whatever insight from it that I can. I get to appreciate the wonderous variety of feeling and emotion available to me. I get to decide how the experience will affect my behavior. Now I get to take another action..."

Your spelling is appalling. My experience in my life has been one of affirmation. I applaud the good and learn from the bad. Any thinking person does this.
