Well, the bandwidth used for an MMORPG like WoW is 15K a month (well, probably more than that for them), but for one a 15 year old makes himself, or with a few friends (which would be MUCH easier if you are all dedicated to working on it), you're not going to need that much bandwidth. Like the guy above said, it'll be free if you host the server yourself, but unless you want an absolutly insane slow speed, it's a bad idea. Also, you'll need a server. You could do that from your personal computer, but if you spend enough time on the computer that you've actually made games, you might decide to go ahead and kill yourself.

Most shared hosting won't allow people to run games, so you're going to need a dedicated server. You can find a really cheap one for $50 a month, which will probably be just fine for a few dozen people at once, but if you do get to hundreds of people playing at once, you're going to need to pay a couple hundred a month to keep things running fast. But you're just not going to have to pay 15K to run it.

you made an rpg with only a one person team? since you're not charged for bandwith from your ISP no it won't cost anything, people will just get a slow connection. If you want it to be fast then yes you need a fast connection and it could cost 15000.
