Neither of those have your picture on them, which is what they want. Take your driver's license, and a gas/electric bill, or a rent receipt, AND no matter what they tell you, your birth certificate, as well. They want proof of your address. Bring a medical insurance card, and you can also bring a paid phone bill, showing your home address. If you have any other picture ID's, use them, but if not the other forms, and bills will be acceptable.

Passport, Drivers License. Basically you need photo ID that includes your signature and for a P.O. Box you would need proof of address. I don't know if US Drivers Licenses include the holder's address

I noticed that too, but my driver's licence and my work timecard (it has my picture on it) worked. I think they also accept utility bills. Why they'll accept those things, and not government issued forms of identification is a little beyond me.
