Men, because prior to the women's liberation movement we were conditioned for thousands of years to be the heads of household, and that means saving money, spending frugally, and doing things yourself instead of paying for help.
Also, look at today's fashions: Men's fashions are by far more practical. 2 words: High Heels. The most impractical invention ever.
Here's where I debunk others' anwers:
Suzie: "Women. We know exactly what we need and we go get it! " - yeah, if it's Manolo shoes or the latest handbag. Please.
Haountedtreehouse: "Men are more rational and women are more practical. " - Rationality should lead to practicality. By definition, something that is impractical is less rational.
Sharon S: "Women because they tend to be more conservative on money issues." - Your kidding, right? Men don't have 100 pairs of shoes or $1000 gucci handbags that wouldn't fit thier wallets.
Itz all good: "women, without a doubt. We have the ability to multi task...a must in this day and age!" - While writing this, I'm reporting financial results for a Fortune 500 company, text messaging my friend about the poker game tonight, and drinking coffee.
MrsKnowitall Reborn:"Women, they think things through and get it done..." - Unless it's a sentence?
S B: "women we hav more common cens" - I don't doubt you have plenty of common cens, whatever that is. Common sense would have told you to learn English so you could make better points on Y!A.

Men. We see it as it is, and react accordingly. Women on the other hand, see what they wanna see, hear what they wanna hear, and when the practicality of the man tries to reason with them about the reality of the situation, they get all bent, and go shopping.

I think that there are two ways to look at it. Women tend to be able to run the home... and men tend to be more job oriented. both could be considered practical

I'd say women moreso mainly because of the circumstances of our society. Whereas we are supposed to have equality, there's still a mentality that prevails where women are the "homebodies" and men are the "breadwinners".

Men , women have a hard time not attaching emotions to everything... I think men are more accepting of 'things are what they are'...whereas women apply (their own, made up) meaning to things...which is usually unhelpful..

My guess would be women!!!!!!!!!!
because they understand what they want and know how to go after it and get it!!!!
Now don't get me wrong men know all of that too but some time we men are to LAZY to go out there and get it. We think that it should just land in our laps!!!!!!!

i hate to say it, being a woman, but it would have to be men...us females tend to exaggerate or overanalyze everything and sometimes blow things out of proportion...guys dont have any drama or major issues (except for bringing us drama lol), they usually just go with the flow....BUT women are smarter =D
