To get it to work again, I must unplug the box for the internet, and plug it back in again. Whats the problem?

It sounds like the problem may be from the router's firmware. If you have a separate router, go to the maker's website and upload the latest firmware.

If you have a modem - router all in one, contact your ISP on this.

Your isp internet service provider is likely resetting your ip address.

man!! i had the same problem when i had comcast. they told me to unplug it and plug it back. i made them get techs to check it out and the morons didn't know ****. so i cancelled it and got verizon wireless network and i'm never offline. go for verizon. trust me!!

Your modem seems to be the problem if that fixes it. Otherwise it may be your bandwith
