Timber,I'm Falling In Love by Patty Loveless
Nobody by Sylvia
Aces by Suzy Bogguss
Shake The Sugar Tree by Pam Tillis
I'm Feeling Lucky by Mary-Chapin Carpenter
Valentine by Martina McBride
These songs come to mind and they're a bit older than current songs so not too many people will be competing with each other to sing them. The tricky thing will be if the bar has the music and lyrics for these songs (assuming you will be reading the lyrics off a screen). Good luck.

Thank God, I'm not the only karaoke singer in here after all, lol, j/k, my fellow regulars. The women regulars at my local tavern have a lot of success with the following songs:
Walking After Midnight, Crazy, Sweet Dreams by Patsy Cline
Daddy's Hands by Holly Dunn
Nobody by Sylvia
Funny Face, Happiest Girl In The Whole USA by Donna Fargo
Fever by Peggy Lee (i think)
Paper Roses by Marie Osmond
Animal Crackers In My Soup by Shirley Temple (seriously)
It Wasn't God Who Made Honky Tonk Angels by Kitty Wells
Well, that's all I could think of off the top of my head. Hope this helps. Good luck, we got our big karaoke contest coming up in a week or two as well. Take care, and may God Bless.

These are my favorites: You Ain't Woman Enough To Take My Man - Loretta Lynn, Harper Valley P.T.A. - Jeanie C. Riley, & Fancy - Reba McEntire. Those are just fun cool songs with a bit of attitude. I'm in a karaoke contest myself & I'm headed to the semi-finals & hoping to go to the finals in Laughlin, Nevada. I'm hoping to represent Louisiana. Good Luck. 2D

Anything by Trisha Yearwood. It gives you a chance to show off your vocal range, but has easy breathing techniques.

It depends on your voice and what songs your good at...I guess go for something that is well known but not brand new (or they'll be overdone)
