Try both styles and decide for yourself. And make sure the underwear is made of cotton. Silk and synthetic underpants can promote yeast infections in women because those fabrics don't "breathe".

I've heard V shape is the best, because it gives you comfort when wearing tight clothes or showy stuff, like short skirs or shorts.
