If PayPal is the only accepted form of payment for the seller, you must get a PayPal account. If you don't, you'll get negative feedback for failing to complete the purchase.
Before you bid on an item you MUST read all of the seller's terms. If you couldn't pay via PayPal, you should have e-mailed the seller while the auction was still open to see if they would accept an alternative method of payment.

The only way to do it would be to first set up your pay pal account. If you have a checking account pay pal can debit your checking account and put money into your account.
Go to paypal.com
click to set up new account, it will tell you all the steps.

Contact the seller & inform them you will send a money order to see if they will accept that form of payment. In the future, when bidding, make sure of the required payment before you bid.

you're able to touch the customer to confirm why the article has no longer been shipped, perhaps this is out of inventory or taking longer than prevalent to technique the order, if this fails i think of there could be a coverage on paypal/ebay the place you could ***** and get funds returned? no longer one hundred% helpful as never had to try this yet seem into it. additionally, in the event that they fail to get in touch with you once you have made touch circulate away them undesirable comments!! wish it works out, this is sh*t being accomplished!
