I want to edit songs to filter out the profanity and sexual content. Are there any programs or good downloads that can help with this?

I don't know about filtering out the lyrics, but I use Audacity to edit music. If you know where the profanity in the song is you can bleep it out. You can also slow down or speed up and chop music.
