I agree with some answers here, yeah Pisces is a good match for a Scorpio in which the Scorpio would play the leading role as the Pisces seems indecisive and the Scorpio would almost always show the right direction.

I would add a Cancer as both signs are emotional and deeply devoted to what is going on inside their minds and souls so they could form very stable and peaceful relationship.
