A variety of reasons: some people are allergic to the ingredients in deodorants, some people don't think they need it, some (Naturalists) believe in going all natural (as their name suggests), and I'm positive there are some folk who just don't care. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it was a no, no in some obscure religion too, I just don't know of any specifically.

Is says in the Bible to not use aluminum based deodorants. LOL. Why would it ever be religious?? It's a cultural thing.
