Most people jsut say plantss, but the cells don't(they have neucleus, not considered a heart) and fungi(not a plant) there are also jellyfish. and other living things that I won't bother t olist.

in a technical sense yes some may not have a 4 chambered heart like humans but if it has a circulatory system it has a heartlike pump. but in a metaphorical sense i can't quite say.

The only things required to be considered alive is growth and consumption. If you grow and eat, you're alive. This includes plants and single-cell organisms, as well as lawyers.
