For example, do women change the same way as other women, different from men?

How about older people vs younger people?

I don't know if there is a pattern, but my experience left me living wild.. It was like I had to BE the party and the center of attention. I wanted to live an entire lifetime in a single day. I realized ,gradually, that it was because I felt vulnerable and scared to be alone. I have heard of other women acting similar after a near death experience, but I can only speak for myself.

Not all people who go into a coma have a near-death experience. For those who do, I would imagine the impact it has on their behavior would determine on their interpretation of the NDE, often predetermined by their belief system.

I don't think the line can be drawn as clearly as male/female or age; I think the line would be drawn more along cultural and/or religious lines.

What pattern are you talking about? When I was giving birth to my youngest daughter in 1992 I started to hemorrhage and I was in a coma for three days because of blood lost. What's the so called pattern that you see?? I just know that I came back to conscientiousness with a determination to talk care of my girls and to make sure that they know how important they are to me.
