Seriously, he has served two terms, he can't be elected again. It's like asking what it would be like if Tinkerbell were elected president, it can't happen. Besides, remember how he decreased the national debt? He cut military spending to almost nothing, another move like that in the current climate would be absloutely devastating.

Things would be better than they r with Bush thats 4 sure. Clinton wasn't the greatest president ever, but Bush is the worst so anyone would be better than him. First that is like Hillary Rodham saying "when" I am President. When her numbers that matter say over 52% polled with Rasmussen said they would never vote for her.

Bill Clinton was a do nothing president, who accomplished very little during his term, despite the golden opportunity of being at peace and having a roaring economy due to the dot.com bubble.
He wasted the best opportunity since the 1950's to pass bold new programs or meaningful reforms, including reforming health care, which was one of his major campaign promises.
