Well.... it depends in what kind of urine it is...

if it is "pet" urine: rip up the carpet....no carpet cleaner or carpet cleaning company can get rid of dog or cat urine. once its there..its over with. then... you may need to seal the cement subfloors. you can do this by dumping bleach on the subfloor then applying "thompsons water proof deck sealer" to the floor....let it dry......

Human urine in bathrooms can be eliminated by soaking bleach in the area.

dont listen to any of the other people on here.

also...if pets pee on the carpet, it can soak up "walls" and get into carpet tackstripping/basboards. it can also stick in grout and find its way underneath vinyl flooring.

first is to find the source, most likely it's in the carpet. Vineger is good, also club soda. There are several comerical products available that are specific for neutralizing the smell. You may also want to call in a comercialize carpet cleaner that specializes in pet smells.

If it's in the carpets try buying some baking soda the warehouse club stores sell 12lbs for about $5... It has many uses.. Sprinkle liberally on the carpets and let it sit at least overnight... Vacuum

have you ever tried cleansing under the john rim and around all the turning out to be to be a member of goods ?, use harpic a hundred% limscacle remover neat on the john and finished area and pass away for an hour or 2, if it stains the tile grout blue use neat bleach to whiten it lower back, i had a similar prob and this solved it !!.
