Do you mean, if men bore children instead of women? The world population would drop precipitously.

This response is in regards to male members of the species Homo sapien:

Well for one that is physically impossible. However, if it were, it would spur a lot of more all male parent homes as male homosexual couples could now produce offspring on their own. You could potentially see a rise in homosexuality do to more children growing up in same sex homes (although there is probably an equal probability that there would be no drastic change in homosexuality). The really scary thing is women could potentially become obsolete, through an evolutionary sense...and could eventually be phased out. If you view the meaning of life from an evolutionary stance, it is simply to produce offspring to carry on your genetic line. When you have asexual reproduction there is essentially no need for two sexes. So since men would be able to self-procreate, in an ecological sense, there would be no need for women.

However, because child labor is extremely painful, i think many men would continue to procreate with women, and for various social reason women would continue to be important in human society.

This response is in regards to male members of every other species excluding Homo sapiens:

As stated above being able to asexually reproduce will on an evolutionary time scale phase out females from a species pool. So you could have an entire world filled with only males for every single species. Scary huh!
