I'm a country mouse but sometimes I pack my suitcase and visit my city mouse cousins. got any cheese?

You said elaborate... this was a mistake. :) Okay, I would have to say I am both, but if I had to choose one, I'd choose City Mouse. I love the country for a weekend or maybe even a week of vacation and just relaxing. I like to party in the country with a campfire and beer. I like camping and hiking and wildlife. But I could never LIVE in the country. I can't imagine not being able to make it home and back on my lunch hour, not having a Walgreens within a mile, or any fast food places to get a snack when I don't feel like cooking. There are so many advantages to living in the city that I couldn't sacrifice for the peacefulness of living in the country. However, when I retire - Country Mouse, here I come!!!

I'm a country girl currently trapped in suburbia. It used to be country when I moved here, but I didn't buy acreage like I should have. Now, there are too many people and they're all way too close.
I like the quiet. I like having nature around me. I like the peace of being able to sit out on my porch in the evenings and not hearing my neighbors fighting, or their kids screaming, or the cars booming the $10K stereo in the $500 rust bucket.
I'm planning my escape.

Country gal! I live in the country and love it! ... once in a while it gets boring but then I remember when I used to live in the city (Philly) and am glad to be here! It's so quiet and you don't have to bother with anyone if you don't want to and everything is clean and in drive into town and everyone knows everyone and there's hardly ever any crime! (I'll stay a country girl!)

im a country girl,never lived in the city - or been to a big city for that matter. i love the privacy,the peace and quiet - i love nature and the outdoors.
