I have tan skin as well. I suggest to get the mineral veil. It is a great finishing powder. The tinted one has no effect unless you have peach skin.
For a sun kissed glow look, the tinted kind is not the way to go. The regular one has the most effect on darker skin.
If you are still not sure, you can go to Sephora and ask to try both on!

Hope this helps!

I've never used the tan one...but I would think that makes more since. The original veil is SO pale, that the darker color might offer more coverage. I would go to Ulta or Sephora to try it first so you can return it if unhappy (they have great return policies), that way if it does become to cake-y looking, you can return for a full refund. Hope this helps!

The mineral veil is a finishing powder, mostly for shine, it doesn't cover like a foundation.. You can always use cornstarch with a little of your foundation powder & it will work just as well. That's what I do. 2D

i exploit mineral makeup observed as mineral technology and that they've a product purely like mineral veil and that i like it. I dont think of it facilitates it to final longer, it purely grants a greater "airbrushed" softened seem. i do no longer think of it will make you seem dewy.

I have used both and like both. I guess I prefer Bare Minerals more.

It depends if you want a slight sun kissed glow on your skin. They both give you a luminescent look, it just depends if you want to be a little more tan.

Try Physicians Formula before forking out all that dough!

the regular works for all skintones, don't let the light color fool you.
