best time to get pregnant is when she has sex.
Worse time to get pregnant is when her husband is over seas defending our country, and she is home alone.

A woman can get pregnant anytime from ovulation to menstruation. Anytime there is a viable egg released from her ovaries, until it is expelled from her body during menstruation. Each woman ovulates at different times during their cycle, normally towards the middle, but everyone is different. There are ovulation detecting kits available to pin point her most fertile days.
If you are asking about emotionally. I’d say when she is married, has financial security, and feels emotionally ready for the demands of motherhood, would be the best time to bring a child into the world.

Worst time seasonally, is to get pregnant in October and deliver in August. The heat really is horrible when you aren't pregnant but with that extra weight to carry around and all the other discomforts it really is ten times worse.

that is when you have that white clear or sticky discharge from your vagina. its best to get pregnant when you get this 7-10 days after your period. not before.
and the worst time is 7-10 days before your period.
