somewhere in between. i love to make people laugh but yet i'll be your shoulder to cry on and throw the first punch if you are getting taken advantage of.

I think there are many layers to this onion. Is it possible to be serious AND silly and funny... without being seriously silly at being funny? *shrugs*
At work, I'm very serious about my job. I teach school and have a great deal to prepare and grade and play and what not. I have to stay focused or it never gets done. But get me up in front of the classroom and as I tell my friends, its as though teaching becomes a stand up comedy act. Thing is.... I have those kids attention and they are engaged and having fun and lo and behold...... learning along the way!
My friends know they can come to me with problems and at times I feel like a psycho analyst because I've counselled so many. lol But I'm very serious about the advice I give. I think it out carefully. Nothing flip or off the cuff. But otherwise, my friends and I are insane and can laugh non stop for hours without coming up for air. We get downright stupid (bypassing silly).
I think I'm kinda funny in a stupid kind of way. And I think I'm serious when the need arises. As i said.... many layers to this girl. I hope my friends get to see them all. :)

I am very funny and silly but if I have to be serious once in awhile i can be, but not to often! I can also convince people that I am serious when i am kidding.

I'm kind of in between. Sometimes I'm silly, but I'm not funny, and I'm never ever serious.

I'm the one who makes scathingly witty, and sometimes caustic, observations disguised as bland statements of fact. Most people can't tell when I'm being a total brat, and are very baffled when the people who do "get me" burst out laughing. Even better, I can do it with a completely straight face.

Well i'm somewhat in between i can have fun and joke around when i'm in the mood but when it comes to serious stuff that's when i put my mean mug on!!
