I would like to buy a collection of small international flags. Not buy each individual flag separate.?

I have found websites that only sell the flags individually.
I would like to use the flags as decorations.

If you are pleased with paper flags, why not print them yourself?
Go to a website with the flags and, if needed, copy them in a photo or drawing program to clean them up and get them to the right size, and then print them or have them printed by a photo shop.
