Not sure what a pop rock is but the Panda is probably extremely unlikely to eat it if it isn't in their regular diet.
But to answer your question, I wouldn't feed a pop rock to a Panda.

They will die? Who knows I don't know of many people who would ever have the chance to feed a panda pop rocks?

HE will probably knock you over with a giant belch and then you will get arrested for feeding junk to a panda

I would hope it would poop a rainbow, but then again one can only wish.
P.S. I wouldn't do it because they can't get panda's to mate in captivity and I'd think the zoo owners would be pissed if a panda died. But you only live once.
