I don't know if I would go that far but they do at times seem to exhibit characteristiscs of either or both of those conditions. Nixon was paranoid and others had some psychotic traits. Imagine dealing with what they must every day. If one is not a bit daffy to start with the job alone could tend to make one so.
By the way have your read Ben Franklin's booklet entitled "Fart Proudly"? Judging from your name it is something you might enjoy. Old Ben was a lot of things including a bit crude for his day. Lovable old cuss that he was.

And I assume you feel this way about the majority of the American public who voted for him, too? What about the politicians you voted into office - Did you happen to have any involvement in that? If you dislike them so much, quit complaining and vote them out of office!

They were elected by whites and stand for white ideology: hurt, torture, maim and kill anyone who is different.
