Why the obsession with Al Gore?

Al Gore isn't the same thing as global warming. Attack him all you want, but it doesn't disprove anything about a scientific theory that he happens to talk about alot. It's like claiming that God doesn't exist because the Pope is a jerk (it's an analogy, I'm not saying the Pope is a jerk).

I can't wrap my head around climate to be honest. It's just too deep of a subject and I don't have the scientific background to full understand it. I just wish more people will admit to it too instead of running around parroting other peoples facts and theories and assorted opinions.

By the way I didn't vote for him in 2000 because he has no credibility but I still believe he would have been a better representative of the US than El Presidente Jorge Bush.
