In all seriousness, if you are lucky enough to get a human on the line. Demand to speak with a manager immediately. That always solves the problem for me.
Oh and the circus is full unfortunately, with people like James F.

yeah...but then - who would transfer your call from the 1st to the 2nd, from the 2nd to the 3rd and from the 3rd to the 4th - so that the 3rd guy made sure that no details of the caller were passed on........so that you had to start all over again ??
