Out of all the violation notices I have got...and I mean lots...I have NEVER got points restored. I am SHOCKED!

Wow! You must be good! Next time I get a violation notice, I am asking you to write the response e-mail for me! By the way, it was a BS violation notice that I got also. I told someone who asked the most racially offensive question that I have ever heard to "stop being a jerk." What was wrong with that?

I wrote them a scalding e-mail, really surprised I didn't get kicked off permanently. I didn't get the violation removed either. Oh well,whatcha gonna do?

I was cheated out of a thousand points and told them and they haven't done anything yet. My score was sapose to turn over and I watched it and it went back to the start of the score 1,000 points before! ♥j
