At the Community College of Southern Nevada, it says for an Associates in Business you'll need to take MATH 124 or above but no where in their site or catalog does it list what MATH 124 entails. Algebra? Trig? Calc?

Anyone?
Heres there Catalog:

The College Algebra (MATH 124) couse seems to cover topics that are
in a precalculus course

I would contend that this is essentially a high school Algebra II course, as most of the material is relevant therein. It could be a bit more complicated, but high school precalculus covers a plethora of more topics than the catalog refers to.

So, at best it is a simplified precalculus course, but more likely an Algebra II course.
