No no no, don't believe the Stooge. Stooges are famous for their baulderdashery. Palithequartz is a rare and precious gem, only 5 of which exist in the whole world: one in the Louvre, one at NASA, one in the torchlight of the Statue of Liberty, one in the tallest spire of the Kremlin, and the last keeps Big Ben tick-ticking away the seconds.

Palithequartz was created when the eyeballs of the homo-sapiens of the Paleolithic era fell out of their dead bodies and petrified. The eyeballs of the early homo-sapiens were vastly different from our own in that they were faceted like insect eyes. This feature is what gives the Palithequartz its shine and luster.

Because only 5 of these crystals are known to exist, there is a special multi-national organization made up of scientists and archaeologists who spend every waking moment trying to discover new stones.

This, friends and neighbors, is decidedly *not* Stoogerdash.
