I couldn't until I gave up eating refined sugar (4 months ago). The sugar cravings went away after a couple weeks, and I can easily resist now. But I sometimes get chocolate at the health food store that's made with other sweeteners, just because I love it.

I just remeber a bad experience with chocolate. I'll never look at it the same way again. Pudding is another thing.

Well, I find if you don't look Directly at it......walk slowly....no sudden movements........but seriously......chocolate wasn't Meant to be avoided!!! There are too many bad things in this world......I say.....Lets Eat Chocolate!!

I really stay away from sweets. But, chocolate in moderate quantities is actually good for you! So, enjoy!
