it's not a bad thing to materbate.
if you are worried about toys... just use your hands. use a lil lube if you are worried about driness.
i started "on myself" around 15yo, no toys till i got older
just make sure you have the time for it and won't get caught...
try in the shower or bathroom or at night
it's quite a feeling and you will probly find a certain amount of relief when horny. or if you can't sleep- i do it sometimes when i can't sleep.
the only thing you need worry about and this doesn't happen often... if you ride horses or motorcycles it can de-sensitize you "there" making it difficult or a lenthy process to get off. the motion/vibration on your area get's sorta numb. if that happens it's recommended to lay off the horses bikes till you get your feeling back lol
and i find if you use toys all the time you tend to take longer to get off sometimes. better to mix it up, fingers and bob
battery operated boyfriend.
have fun.

Masturbation is a completely natural thing to happen among human beings, the same as sex is natural. That 'arousal' that you speak of is part of our biology. Every single person goes through that stage, especially young male teenagers. Although I may not necessarily share your thoughts and ideas regarding religion, I can say I can understand what you are going through and how you may feel. Masturbation is, in fact, considered a sin in Roman Catholic religion, although the Bible notes nothing on this subject explicitly. This topic becomes especially interesting when you consider that Jesus used rather simple ways to teach his disciples how to become Godly men. Still, masturbation is closely related to having lustful thoughts, which is condemned by Jesus himself in the New Testament. However, you should not lose sleep over this. One of the best parts about you being Catholic is confession and Jesus Christ's sacrifice for your sins. When you understand that Jesus died for you, in order to give you a clean slate in the eyes of God, you realize that the fight is not even about how much you sin, but how you repent and how much effort you put towards being a Godly man. This means that it doesn't really matter how much sin you have during your lifetime, as long as you deeply repent and decide to turn to God. Think about it. Many of the Bible's personalities are people that had once been very sinful. This is the case of Paul, the Apostle, who, before becoming a Christian, persecuted early disciples of Jesus. Please, don't waste your energies and your youth trying to get over this. It is pointless; you will realize it eventually. And please, don't ever think about taking your own life. It is not an option. If you love God this should not even be on your mind. Jesus died for you so you can bask in God's presence without shame, even after all the possible (and most likely) mistakes you might have during your lifetime. If you waste your life away like that, Jesus's death will have meant nothing and, in that case, you would definitely go to hell. I believe you are beating yourself too hard over this. I assure you, you're not the first person that has dealt with this and I'm positive you won't be the last. As a matter of fact, it is more common among young Christians that you know. Masturbation is hard to keep at bay because it feels good and there's a spiked sexual arousal when you're going through puberty. Still, if you really want to stop, you just keep trying. Worst case scenario is that you may fall into sin again every now and then, for which case you can go back to confession, prayer and counseling with your church leaders. I hope you find healing and understanding.

Obviously a lot of different people have different views on masterbation. As if just being 14 wasnt confusing enough, you get all these extra hormones. Some of which come with some irresistable urges.
I cant remember the first time I masterbated. But I KNOW if was waaaaay younger than 14. I've never felt bad about it.

A few years back, The Surgeon General of the United States proclaimed that masturbation was an excellent alternative to intercourse for those not yet ready.
Can't dispute that one bit!

You should masturbate if you want to. It is okay to explore your body and your sexuality. You should know your body long, LONG before you let someone else get to know it!
