Do any action movies show a realistic number of gunshots before the shooter has to reload?

I don't know much about guns, but in movies they sure seem to blaze away for a long time before reloading.

In Dirty Harry he has that thing about 'but have I fired five shots or six'.

I know that in Titanic when Jack and Rose are running away from her fiance he fires one too many shots for his gun.

I'm not quite sure about other movies though, I don't usually pay attention to stuff like that.
