I'm not sure universal healthcare is the answer, but I do know that there is a serious healthcare problem.

A person's health and a person's life should not be a profitable thing.

I hope not. The government already steals and wastes enough of my money.

Besides, it would be unconstitutional, like most of what the federal government does. The Tenth Amendment states:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved for the States respectively, or to the people.

You are not going to find anything in the constitution about universal health care.

Oh, yes...it will most definitely happen at some point.

The question is this: when it happens, will the people who wanted it in the first place *still* want it?
