Janet Reno had his job, and allowed 11 million illegals in,
she also spent years refusing to enforce existing gun laws
while trying to pass NEW ones.
It has been illegal for an employer to hire an illegal alien since 1986, but NO ONE has enforced it, including Janet Reno.

"Not enforcing the law" isn't a crime. At worst, it is simply negligence or "dereliction of duty" but it still won't land you in jail.
He should be asked (that is politico-speak for "forced") to resign and replaced forthwith.

because his boss loves the job that he does and the only reason he was put in the office he has is because of the moments that his boss wants a yes answer to a question of law
