I like all types of cheese. It depends what the cheese is on. On a hamburger, I like American. With chips I like cheddar and I love Hamburger Helper cheddar. Good choice

Feta & Medium Cheddar

American I like the best for grilled cheese sands, and for eating on crackers for a snack too, or on a sandwich.
I like Cheddar also, for all sorts of toppings of Mexican foods.
And I like Edam for snacking also and pairing with snack
crackers and bits of sliced sausage.
I do occasionally eat Swiss for sandwiches or with crackers.
Swiss is lower in fat than alot of cheese. So I don't feel as
guilty when I eat it, as the others.

If you like a sharp and interesting cheese , you have to try "Drunken Goat"..I got it at Sam's Wines & Liquors in Chicago and Northbrook IL..they sell mail order also....it is very tasty...

It's a toss up between cream cheese and gorgonzola.

Cream cheese for cheesecake and spreads on bagels/crackers.

Gorgonzola for addition to salads or to stuff/top a steak with (FANTASTIC!!!).

Either way you're a winner.
