a 30 pound tank of freon 22 can be bought for 75 dollars from the wholesalers i get mine from...If it has not been opened the weight you are giving sounds like none of the freon has been removed...you can only sell this to a epa licensed freon handler...

wow 75 is still pretty good, i havent paid that little in maybe a year or so, last time I bought some R22 it was near 100.00 for a 30 pounder at RSD(los angeles area).
