We are only 8 years apart. He was 24 when we got married, and our son was born 5 years later. We are now grandparents, and both the same (relative) age.
I suggest you get over worrying about looks, as most of us are not the Sophia Loren or Julie Andrews of the world. You will look older and that is a fact. If he would let that bother him, he's not very good partner material.

13 years difference. She's beautiful. I'm a little on the young looking side. No problems, no issues w/age at all...ever. The only thing is that she doesn't remember any of the 80s music. I'll live with that.

My husband is 13 years older than me. I thought that I would have to take care of him as we got older but I am the one with arthritis and he has to do more for me than I do for him.
I've been with him since I was 17, which is 40 years ago. So we not only work as one but think as one too.
When someone loves you they don't notice the age just you as a person so stop worrying and enjoy each other while you can. x

There is no best or worst thing. The life experience of the older one benefits the younger one, while the freshness of the younger one keeps the older one young at heart. It's all good!

no, just a 5 year difference. i don't think you should worry about loOKing too old for him, other people see you differently than we see ourselves. we are our own worst critic. worry will make you look older so you knock that off, ok! exercise cause you feel better after wards and it keeps you healthy for 'you'!â¥

Yes, 14 years...it isn't about the age, it's about the passion that we share.
