I'd like to know the detailed living expenses in netherlands(for 2 people)like costs of taxes, insurance, housing, groceries, healthcare, clothes, books, gym, driving your own car and etc....

both me and my partner are ordinary in spending, we dont party much but eat out twice or trice a month, basically I'd want to know how much should I spend on weekly groceries, clothing, healthcare, insurance, TV, gym etc....

i have a similar life-style which cost me and my partner 2500euro including rent in Amsterdam.

A lot will depend on your life-style and how expensive your house is.
Some people get by on 1000 Euro a month with a family with children, others will easily spend 3000 Euro a month for a single person and think that they are not spending a lot.
If you tell us where you are from we might be able to compare it to here, but to tell you exact numbers will be impossible, I have never found a website that will give this detailed information.

housing € 850-1000
electricity/water/TV/Internet € 300-400
tax (depends)
health/travel/life - insurance € 400
groceries € 500
clothes € 100-200
gym € 40
car € 400 (not the brand new car)
misc. € 200
