other websites similar to mapquest?

k so i want to get driving directions, but every time i try to get the directions, the site automatically chooses this certain highway to go down.. well.. what if i dont want to go down that highway? how can i put in that id like to take the coastal route instead?

-driving from sacramento to los angeles, if that helps anyone..
