The closest I know of is a woody vine in Eastern North America, Vitis labrusca (Fox Grape). Locally in the
midwest USA I have heard trees refered to as a "fox tree" when they are favored by foxes which will climb them for a secure place to sleep. Generally these trees will be Juniperus virginiana (Eastern Redcedar).
