from just your statement above i can give 2 guesses

1. if it does not eat appropriately it can develop a vitamin deficiency which can create a swollen jaw and refusal to eat

2. tumor - if its under the skin

but the others are correct about more information - you need to just contact your vet to ensure that your leo receives the proper treatment

Can you give us some more detail? Is it an unusuall color? Is this an old Leo? Is it around the eyes? Nose? Big bump? Small?

It can also be an abcess, or infection. You need a reptile vet!
