3) Ramsin Yuseb.(The terrorist who threatened to destroy the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.
4) George W Bush has 11 letters.
This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:
1) New York is the 11th state.
2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number 11.
3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11.
4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers, was carrying 65 passengers. 6 + 5=11.
5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1 + 1 =11.
6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911. 9 + 1 + 1 = 11.

Eh, kind of interesting, but a lot of statistics are involved. Take any event in history, and list all the names and numbers relevant to it, and odds are, you'll be able to produce any given number several times, if it's what you're looking for. By the way, I think you could probably combine #s 5 and 6. Speculation that 9/11 is related to 9-1-1 has been out there for awhile, but using it to artificially create another instance where 11 occurs doesn't hold up. It's the same piece of information, no matter how many different things one points out about it.

You do in fact realize that for that bit about New York being the 11th state to be a part of the conspiracy (that is what you are getting at, after all), the 9/11 attacks would have needed to been in the works for at least 213 years, right?

It's an 'interesting fact' but unless you have a 'point' you are attempting to make, and some 'proof' of why the number 11 is so important, all you have given us is a 'list of wierd facts.' It's interesting, but meaningless, I think ...
